Does data protection mean what you think?

When do you need to spill the beans?

When should you share information about students?

Do you have regular contact with students?  If so, are you clear about the circumstances when you can share information?  Many people believe that data protection means that information must be kept confidential but if this is your default mode of working, you could put someone at risk.  There is also a chance the University could be held liable.

Get an update on the facts at this one hour workshop, led by the Head of Colleges and Student Life, Head of Law, a College Principal and the Head of Compliance from the Governance Team.
