Building on feedback from the ‘Eat and Meet' session in January, in this workshop Will Medd will explore in more depth techniques for building your self-confidence, managing self-doubt and dealing with challenging situations (whether they are one-offs or persistent). The session will be responsive to real challenges and scenarios you are currently facing and challenge you to identify steps you can take that will make a difference.
You’ll come away with a better understanding of your own confidence and how to build it, what gets in the way and how to manage that, and how you can make being confident a new habit.
