Open to Law101 Students

Interactive in-person workshop designed to support students with their library research for the Michaelmas term assignment. Faculty Librarian Ciara Murray will cover:

* using a range of library resources to locate legal information;

* identifying different kinds of legal information and how best to search for these;

* constructing an effective search linked to your reserach question, using techniques such as phrase searching, keywords, reference trails, etc.

In the second half of the workshop, students will work in small groups to locate resources for their chosen research question (with opportunity to ask questions and seek further advice from the librarian!)
