Dr David McGhee, Director of Fitness to Practise, will outline how professionalism amongst medical students is nurtured at Lancaster Medical School. This will include reference to our new professionalism curriculum, as developed by Dr Sigrun Baier, and our concerns and fitness to practise procedures. In addition, he will highlight opportunities for people to become involved in this area, including through mentorship, investigating officer roles, and sitting on fitness to practise panels.
