This workshop supports PDR Reviewers in conducting quality PDR discussions with their reviewees. It concentrates on the development of the skills required to lead and conduct PDR conversations and participants should complete the E-Learning resource before attending.
Objectives:

To understand the key, underpinning personal skills required to conduct quality PDRs and to recognise how these skills can be used to best effect in the PDR context,

To understand how to fairly and objectively conduct the overall summary of performance,

To practice setting SMART objectives, recognising how they feed into the overall summary of performance in the future,

To understand how to identify and plan development that supports the reviewee in developing themselves in their role and career.
