Capturing Impact Evidence

This session will look at the various reasons for gathering evidence of research impact, identifying what constitutes evidence, and how best to collate and store it, whether online or in hard copy form. The session will include a discussion of media coverage as evidence of impact, and when it is and isn’t useful for corroboratory purposes. We will also look at how impact evidence is used for corroboration in impact case studies for the REF.
