This year we have a guest speaker Dr Paula Burkinshaw to share the findings of two of her areas of research with the group:

• 'A generational lens on women in leadership especially how older women already in senior roles and younger women coming through are seeing things differently'

• 'The benefits and challenges of networking for women in higher education leadership and how women can make more of networking in their careers'

We are hoping that as well as exploring theories and experiences, we will conclude the morning with some positive actions and the basis for a women’s network to take forward.
