As part of the Digital IT Services project Confluence is being rolled out as a single technical knowledgebase for ISS in early May 2018.

Confluence will include spaces for teams to be able to store their technical documentation and the launch of a brand new 'Runbooks' space which will act as both a technical service catalogue and a repository of key information for front line support teams.

These sessions are open to all ISS staff to come along and see a demonstration of the new system, understand how it works, and ask any questions.
