Are you sufficiently clear and engaging when delivering your research? Would you like to better your style?

This one- day programme will aim to demonstrate how to clarify your messages so they are accessible to all and yet do not diminish the depth of your ideas.

We will work on how to engage and build your rapport with your audience using storytelling and ultimately how to retain your authenticity with confidence.

There will be exercises in posture, breathing and vocal skills taken from Alexander technique. These will also help with ‘Fighting the Fear’.

In order to build your self-awareness, you will have at least one opportunity to share your presentation with your colleagues and the facilitator who will give you constructive feedback.

I believe in creating a relaxed, risk free environment where everyone can work at their best, building a tool kit of skills and confidence yet also having fun.
