Interested in consultancy? Does your PhD have wider application? Could you generate real impact from your research and earn some income in the process?

This session is split into two parts. Firstly, you will learn about the Consultancy Service at Lancaster University which provides you with the infrastructure needed to be a consultant. You will meet with prepresentatives from this team and will have the opportunity to ask them questions.

Secondly, you will have the time and space to plan for your Consultancy, leaving the session with a completed Business Model Canvas showing the basic outline of your venture. You will also ind out about the service that the Enterprise Team are able to offer you if you wish to work freelance, or engage with any other enterprise activity during your PhD and beyond.
