Registration for Global Lancaster - Undergraduate Research Conference 2021

The link below takes you to the form to complete if you wish to register to participate as a delegate in the 2021 conference. Registration is open to all UG students of all years participating on a Lancaster University course from across the Teaching Partnerships.

PLEASE NOTE - to join the conference you need to be a Lancaster University and Partner student or staff member and you must use your official institutional email address. This supports our data protection and privacy policy. Hotmail, Gmail and other personal emails are not acceptable.

What happens next?

On completing this form you will automatically be registered on the conference.

Once you have registered you will receive an automatic email confirmation. Please check that you do and contact the conference email (below) if you do not.

The week beginning 8^th March 2021 (this is the week the conference starts). You will be emailed the conference programme and log on details.conformation

When you register for the conference, we collect personal information from you such as your university contact details, your institution and department of study. We will use this information for conference administration and the statistics derived from it for marketing and publicity. We do not and will not share or sell any of your personal information to anyone outside of Lancaster University including third parties, unless required to do so by law. Your information will be securely stored within Lancaster University’s systems and will be retained for 1 year. You have certain rights regarding your own personal data, please refer to the Student Privacy Notice and the Rights of the Data Subject webpage for further details. It is your responsibility to make yourself aware of and understand the Privacy Notice.
