Get outdoors and join us for a Wellbeing Walk!
This summer, join us for a gentle walk and natter every Thursday 2pm outside of The Chaplaincy opposite the Security Lodge. No sportswear required, everyone welcome.
Regular walking and other gentle physical activity can help you get fitter and healthier, enjoy better sleep, and feel more relaxed. You can also meet new people and make some friends!
Due to Covid guidance, we have restricted the number of places at each event. We therefore ask that you please register if you plan to attend. After registering you will receive an email with further information about staying Covid safe. If you have any questions or concerns please email transitions@lancaster.ac.uk
