International Check in
Event box
This event is for international students arriving in Lancaster for the beginning of the October term. This is an important part of your registration, which you must attend if you require a visa to be in the UK.
Please ensure that you are remaining safe with the United Kingdom's Covid-19 practices, if you are required to self-isolate for 14 days on arrival you must book your appointment beyond this self-isolation time frame. Unless you are exempt, you must wear a mask to attend your appointment.
Prior to your appointment you must have accessed the online registration centre and completed it the best you can. Please note, for your health and safety and to try to ensure, as far as possible, that the registration area does not become too crowded, we have arranged time slots for 48 students per half an hour with 8 desks available for your check in , allowing approximately 5 minutes per registration therefore please do yourself plenty of time for this process as you may experience some queueing.
Things you will need to bring with you to your appointment are:
Print out of your Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies (CAS)
Passport, including your Entry Clearance Vignette showing the date of arrival to the UK
Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) Card collection letter if you are to collect your card from the University or, if you are to collect your BRP card from the Post Office you should do this first before the registration session.
Any other type of visa/letter (if you are not a Tier 4/ student visa holder) - evidence of your immigration status
Original documents that used for your offer as stated on your CAS (including any certificates, transcripts and your English language evidence)
We look forward to welcoming you to Lancaster.
