Get outdoors and join us for a Wellbeing Walk!
Join us for a gentle walk to orient yourself on campus and meet other students, every Thursday 2pm outside the library in Alex square. No sportswear required, everyone welcome, just turn up!
Regular walking and other gentle physical activity can help you get fitter and healthier, enjoy better sleep, and feel more relaxed. You can also meet new people and make some friends!
