2022 UG Research Conference - 15th - 17th March

Applications are open to all UG students of all years participating on a Lancaster University course from across the Teaching Partnerships. There are a range of roles open for you to support. Please look at the Undergraduate Research Conference Website for details.

What happens next?
- The closing date for your application has been extended to Monday 17th January. The system will not allow you to submit after this date.
- Please use your official university email. We will not accept personal emails (such as Gmail, Hotmail etc).
- Once you have submitted your application you will receive an automatic email confirmation. Please check that you do and contact the conference email (below) if you do not.
- The week beginning 17th January 2022 the conference organisers will be in touch with you to talk about the options and training for your chosen role.
- Through this application you will automatically be registered on the conference.

When you register for the conference, we collect personal information from you such as your university contact details, your institution and department of study. We will use this information for conference administration and the statistics derived from it for marketing and publicity. We do not and will not share or sell any of your personal information to anyone outside of Lancaster University including third parties, unless required to do so by law. Your information will be securely stored within Lancaster University’s systems and will be retained for 2 years. You have certain rights regarding your own personal data, please refer to the Student Privacy Notice and the Rights of the Data Subject webpage for further details. It is your responsibility to make yourself aware of and understand the Privacy Notice.
Please note, from time-to-time we may use the contact details you have provided to ask you follow-up questions about the event or to ask you to promote a similar event in future years. If you do not wish to be contacted for this purpose in future, please contact ugconference@lancaster.ac.uk
