Couch to 5K

Join Michele, virtually or in person, for the Couch to 5K session, starting on Monday 17th January.
The sessions are designed for beginners or those wanting to get back into running and needing somewhere to start – and more importantly – those who think they can’t run!!
It isn’t about speed or endurance but about gradually building up the length of time you can run for over the course of the weeks, so the first couple of weeks will have very little running in them.
You can go at your own pace, there is no pressure to increase your speed at all. Plus doing it this way, will enable you the freedom to take part at a time that works best around your work & studies.
