(Re)-Treat yourself over the Easter vacation and join Ali Moorhouse, Therapeutic Yoga Instructor, for a day of yoga, breathing techniques, walking in the woods and mindfulness meditation to reduce stress and anxiety, connect with nature, allow for greater focus and increase overall wellbeing.

11am                     Gentle yoga with calming breathing techniques and adaptations to suit every body (please bring a yoga/exercise mat if you have one)

12-1pm                 Wellbeing discussion over vegan lunch

1-2.30pm             Countryside walk (off the beaten track!)

2.30-3pm             Mindfulness Meditation with Kara Cooper, Spiritual Care Co-ordinator

The retreat will start and end in the Fylde Common Room and there are 20 spaces available.
