Do you need to counter-act the effects of sitting all day? Or standing too long in one place? Need to take some calm distance from the goings-on of the day?
Join Francesca for a free yoga class to calm your nervous system and enhance awareness of your body, mind, and emotions. Accessible to everyone: beginners, experts, stiff or bendy bodies of various sizes and shapes.
Wear comfortable clothing including a warmer layer for relaxation, and bring your own mat if you have one. There will be only a few mats available to distribute.
