Event box

This hybrid event will introduce and discuss The Little Book of Creative Evaluation written by Christou, Owen and Ceyhan, followed by a series of short presentations by external organisations on how they have used Creative Evaluation methods in their own projects. 

For those attending in person, the event starts at 9:30am with registration, and tea and coffee. The main event takes place at the Lancaster University Library (Event Space A385) from 10am-12:30am, followed by a networking lunch from 12:30pm-1:30pm. 

For those attending online, the event will start at 10am and finish at 12:30pm. 

The event is for those interested in learning more about Creative Evaluation approaches and how these can be applied within their own work and evaluative practice.

About the Little Book: 

The Little Book of Creative Evaluation is written for organisations, teams and individuals interested in learning more about Creative Evaluation approaches and how these can benefit their own practice. The book presents a summary of Creative Evaluation, the principles that it promotes, their benefits, and real-world evaluation examples from organisations, projects and individuals. The book also provides a resources section where readers can get more information on how to approach and conduct evaluations using free Creative Evaluation methodologies, methods and tools.  

About the Authors 

Elisavet Christou: Elisavet is a Lecturer in Management and Organisation Studies, at the department of Organisation, Work and Technology at Lancaster University Management School. She is an inter and trans-disciplinary researcher and educator and works within and across evaluation, design, computing, digital arts and digital media. Contact: e.christou@lancaster.ac.uk 

Violet Owen: Violet is a Senior Research Associate and Postgraduate Researcher at ImaginationLancaster, Lancaster University. Her research interests include Creative Evaluation, co-design, sustainability and social impact. She also works as a Freelance Designer and created the design for this little book. Pınar Ceyhan: Pınar is an International Lecturer in Design, at the Lancaster Institute for the Contemporary Arts, Lancaster University.
