Student Mental Health Group
A brand-new group for the 2023-24 academic year, the Student Mental Health Service is offering a free 4-week course, run by accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapists.
Name: The Student Mental Health Group
When: Tuesday lunchtimes 12-1:30pm on the following dates (you must be available to attend all 4 sessions, as it is a closed group):
- Tuesday 14th November
- Tuesday 21st November
- Tuesday 28th November
- Tuesday 5th December
Where: Chaplaincy Centre Café
The Group is open to all undergraduates and postgraduate students. You cannot already be receiving therapy with the Student Mental Health Service

Please sign up to the event via LibCal for the 14th of November, in which you are agreeing to attend all 4 dates (unless you wish not to continue). There are limited places available. But there will be further opportunities!
