This session is for those students due to study abroad in 2024/25 only. This does not include first year students, apart from first year MEng Engineering students.

This talk will be split into two sections:

Study Abroad Finance: This presentation is by the Funding team at Lancaster University and will provide advice for UK students relating to maintainance loans, tuition fee loans and means tested travel grants in addition to other information regarding funding support. 

Financial Guarantees: These are a requirement for most visas. This presentation will advise you what consistutes a financial guarantee, why you need one and how you can provide evidence for yours in your visa application.
