• Free auto-transcription of interviews and focus groups, and complying with University Data management requirements
• Making an informed choice between NVivo and ATLAS.ti (or other options)
• Approaches to analysing qualitative and mixed-methods data
• Qualitative Data Analysis in practice and how this can be most efficiently done in software
• New possibilities for AI-supported analysis 
• Working with multiple languages and scripts
