The Bonington Leadership Development Programme has been running for several years and has been highly successful in developing senior leaders at the University.   

We are delighted that there will be a new programme starting in January 2025. This will run for 12 months and will include an exciting range of opportunities to develop leadership skills and mindsets.      

These briefing sessions will provide an outline of the programme, applicant requirements and details of the commitment required to fully engage in the programme. The session will be equally valuable to prospective applicants and their line managers.
