This is the opening session for the Preparing for Promotion programme with Professor Jo Rycroft-Malone, Executive Dean of Health and Medicine and members of the OD and Rewards teams.  

Professor Jo Rycroft-Malone will contextualise what the programme has to offer over the course of the week and the objectives for the week. 

This will be followed with an opportunity to ask questions. 

There will also be an opportunity to ask the HR Rewards team questions.
