Our EDI Staff Voice Forums have historically been a great way of allowing staff from across the university to engage with our EDI leadership, have their voices heard and learn more about a range of topics. Notably, it has contributed to the development of the Reasonable Adjustment Passport, the Staff Networks Framework, recruitment and retention policies, and the development of our Equality Charterships. 

We welcome questions prior to the event surrounding the topics of EDI at the university, in order to allow us to adequately prepare responses and provide appropriate signposting and resources. Click here for the questions submission form, open until Monday 6th January.
