This programme has been developed around the UKCGE framework and will help you consider student-supervisor relationships and explore how to manage them more effectively. It will focus on the expectations of both parties; how to build and maintain supervisory relationships and strategies for dealing with potential problems. 

Your questions and concerns will be addressed, and you will be provided with a toolkit for proactively managing your side of this important relationship.  

We will encourage you to reflect on your existing skills and to share best practice with others, building a support network for the future.
