Craft and Creativity Network: Summer Sweep Up Swapshop
Event box
The days are longer, and that means more time for crafting! Why not clear out a few pieces of unused craft materials and tools to make room for something new?
Or start a new season with a new project, with plenty of materials, wools, scrapbook embellishments, bits and pieces and patterns to catch the eye, already available!
Drop off any unwanted materials, tools, WIPs or patterns, and pick up anything else that catches your eye!
Anyone and everyone welcome!
Anything left at the end of the day can either be collected by 17:10 or will be sorted and donated to appropriate local charities, groups and organisations.
If you have a bit of stuff to donate, but can't make it on the day, please contact Hannah Rosbrook-Brown to arrange a drop-off at a time that suits you.
If you have some heavier or more bulky bits, you are welcome to put together a poster or flyer instead, with your contact details to arrange a swap at an easier time and place.
This event will be running alongside the Parent and Carers' Network's Summer Family Swapshop, so why not drop off any kid-friendly activities or pick up a new sunhat for your niece while you're at it!
Please note that this is a place for free swaps. If you have anything that you would like cash for, we recommend you use other routes for selling, such as the staff noticeboard, or the Swapshop channel on our Staff Craft and Creativity Teams site.
If you already have a new home for some kit but haven't managed to sort out a time to swap, you are welcome to use this swap shop afternoon, with space for clearly labelled collections and drop-offs welcome (though we are unable to handle any money on your behalf).
