Enjoy 30 minutes of fresh air during your lunch break and get to know like-minded individuals on the Woodland Trail.
Slow down, breathe in the fresh air, and appreciate the beautiful outdoors. The Woodland Walk surrounding the campus provides the University community an opportunity to disconnect from any stresses and reconnect with the environment.
Guided 30-minute walks take place every Monday, led by Sam Cadwallader, Engagement and Wellbeing Manager at Sport Lancaster, and all abilities are welcome.
There is no need to book, meet us at University House Reception at 12.15pm before heading out onto the Woodland Trail together.
