Spring Student Housing Fair
Event box
Whether you’re looking for a house, a room in city halls, a flat or studio in the city; this event will provide you with valuable information you may need to make an informed decision.
You will be able to get housing advice directly from our team, meet some of the University’s approved landlords and see what University-approved halls, houses and flats are available in the city. There will also be opportunity to speak with the on-campus Lancaster University Accommodation Team, if you are interested in remaining on or returning to campus for 25/26.
The event will be held in County Marketplace 2 on the 11th February, 12pm-2pm. The event is completely free and Accommodation providers may have some freebies to give away too!
In searching for your next property with Lancaster University Homes you can rest safe in the knowledge that it meets the standards set out by Lancaster University, the University of Cumbria and Lancaster City Council - and it's the only place you can find properties approved by us.
All those listed on our website have been inspected by a member of our team, meet statutory requirements and have the relevant safety certificates in place. Furthermore, we only take landlords that have signed up to our student friendly code of practice.
If you would like to have a look at our properties before you come along you can visit https://www.lancasteruniversityhomes.co.uk/
