Event box
Mindfulness Sessions in the Chaplaincy Centre's Quiet Room offer students and staff a peaceful space to practice mindfulness and meditation, encouraging participants to be present in the moment, promoting relaxation and emotional balance.
Held every Thursday between 1.15pm - 1.45pm during term-time, the sessions are open to the University community, regardless of experience level. Whether you're looking to manage anxiety, improve concentration, or simply find a quiet moment in a busy schedule, the Chaplaincy Centre provides a supportive environment to cultivate mindfulness and foster a sense of calm and clarity.
There is no need to book, meet us in the Chaplaincy Centre's Quiet Room at 1.15pm. We will be sitting on chairs, but please bring mats or cushions if you wish to use them.
