Stretching and mobility contribute to maintaining a healthy and functional body and improve flexibility. Incorporating stretching into a daily routine can alleviate muscle tension, reduce the risk of injuries, enhance physical performance, and promote better posture.

30-minute Stretch and Mobility sessions will take place in Sport Lancaster's Studio 1 every Thursday, from 12.15pm. Mats are available to borrow.
