International Student Check-In – In-Person Session Requirement

This session is for international students to confirm their arrival on campus and collect their ID card.

✅ Attendance is mandatory for all international students.

What to bring:

• Your passport (required for identity verification)

Before attending the session, please ensure you have uploaded the following to the Registration Centre:

• Your visa share code or Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA)
• Travel documents confirming your entry into the UK, such as:
  • Boarding pass
  • Ferry tickets
  • Train tickets (e.g. Eurostar)
  • Passport stamp showing entry into the UK

⚠️ Please ensure you bring the appropriate documents to avoid delays in confirming your registration and collecting your ID card.
