Sense of Belonging: Jessie Whaite | Evaluation and Impact Officer, Social Mobility and Student Affairs
This session explores what ‘sense of belonging’ means from a social mobility perspective. We will discuss why belonging matters for inclusion and student success and share different ways to measure and understand it. It will also provide the opportunity to reflect on our own sense of belonging at Lancaster University, particularly during this period of transition.
Help or hinderance? The inclusivity of embedded AI tools: Paul Newnham and Anastasia Kelly | Faculty Teaching Librarians
In this session we will introduce some embedded AI library tools and ‘research assistants’ and facilitate a discussion regarding their inclusivity.
