"This is a traditional South Indian meal from the south-western coast of India. This is something we have on all family events, festivals. It is extremely comforting and filling. The taste of this dish is subtle, grounding and nostalgic. Just like home! I want to share this with others too!"
Join Gopika for the evening to learn how to cook a dish which is important to them.
Work as part of a team to create a dish and then enjoy eating together while learning something about the origin of the dish and why it is special to the chef.
All attendees will participate in the preparation, cooking, eating, and then clearing up at the end.
Sign ups will be available from Friday - maximum 10 attendees
Non-attendance
