In a period of ongoing organisational change, this programme helps leaders navigate complexity with confidence and compassion. Together, we’ll look at how to work with wicked problems, make sound decisions, and delegate effectively, even when circumstances are uncertain. 

With a focus on practical leadership skills, the sessions introduce a coaching‑informed mindset, create space for meaningful peer discussion, and explore team dynamics in the context of both current and emerging teams. 

This programme is made up of two half-day sessions. Please note that attendance is required for both sessions; therefore, there is only one registration link. Please ensure both dates are in your calendars.
