DESCRIPTION:Thinking about your next career move can feel daunting\, 
 especially when research deadlines leave little time for reflection. Many 
 researchers delay career planning\, limiting their options and drifting 
 into roles rather than making intentional choices. This practical\, 
 expert-led workshop offers a more proactive approach\, helping you take 
 control of your career direction.\n\nDesigned specifically for 
 research-only staff\, the session provides structured space to reflect on 
 your personal and professional goals\, values\, and priorities. You’ll 
 explore what a meaningful and rewarding career looks like for you\, 
 consider how your skills translate into a wide range of roles\, and gain 
 insight into the variety of opportunities available within and beyond 
 academia. Develop a personalised framework to assess employers and 
 organisational cultures\, ensuring alignment with your values and 
 aspirations and create a focused career action plan to help you move 
 forward strategically and confidently. You’ll also connect with fellow 
 researchers\, gaining fresh perspectives\, ideas and peer support to inform 
 your next steps.\n\nThis event is one of four workshops to be held over two 
 days. You need to register for each session and are encouraged to sign up 
 for the four workshops. Details of the other workshops are below:
