Understanding Your Transferable Skills (In-person)
Event box
This half-day workshop programme is designed to support colleagues in identifying and articulating their own transferable skills, to better understand their own strengths, to support development conversations and facilitate internal career progression.
The workshops provide a supportive learning environment where participants can identify and explore their transferable skills, create their own body of evidence of those skills and how to present them, and reflect on the relevance to their current and possible alternative roles. Through experiential learning and peer support, participants will develop a deeper understanding of their own transferable skills, how they relate to job roles and how to effectively present those skills.
