This interactive half-day workshop is designed to help you build confidence and capability as a mentor, with practical tools you can apply straight away. You will explore what mentoring is, develop key skills and gain clarity on the roles, boundaries and expectations within a mentoring relationship.
The workshop is hands-on, using discussion, activities, and real-life scenarios, with opportunities to practise in a safe and supportive environment.
By the end of the session, you will be able to:
