 foundational skills to take a mentoring/coaching approach to working with 
 those around you\, so that you can support them to develop\, innovate and 
 collaborate effectively.  \n			\n		\n		\n			\n			Module 2:  Dealing with 
 Workplace Conflict\n			\n		\n		\n			\n			By the end of this module you’ll 
 understand the neuroscience behind why we find challenging conversations so 
 tricky\, and you’ll have had the opportunity to practice navigating these 
 conversations with confidence.\n			\n		\n	\n\n\n \n\nDesigned for PhD 
 students and Postdocs. Masters by Research students also welcome.
