DESCRIPTION:This programme is the starting point for your induction as a 
 leader or people manager at Lancaster.  \n\nIt is appropriate for leaders 
 and managers with different experience levels and works as a refresher for 
 existing managers.  \n\nThe workshops will: \n\n\n	Describe the role and 
 responsibilities of people management at Lancaster \n	Highlight the 
 importance of the role of a leader to the University achieving its 
 strategic objectives \n	Signpost to additional support and development 
 opportunities \n\n\nHelp you reflection on your individual development 
 needs and your personal management priorities \n\nThis Programme is made up 
 of two sessions and it is recommended that you attend both sessions.  
 \n\nWorkshop 2:\n\n\n	People Development (PDR)\n	Staff Wellbeing\n\n\nThis 
 event will be held in-person.\n\nFor any enquiries about this event please 
 get in touch with Organisational Development   \n\nWe understand that 
 priorities change and you may no longer be able to attend. In these cases\,
