 Conditions (MLTC) placements with primary care\, please use the Blackburn 
 Hospital drop off point for St. George’s Surgery\, Haslingden Road\, 
 Blackburn.\n\nThe return coach will drop off at Galgate Police Station\, 
 Lancaster University\, HIO (A6)\, Bowerham Hotel\, RLI\, Lancaster Bus 
 Station.\n\n\nYou must inform the driver of your drop-off location. The
